Was skeptical at first, but I was wrong. Rooms were completely renovated, very clean. quiet for outdoor hallways. I will rebook in the future!

The rooms are clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are inexpensive. I have stayed there several times and always have a nice time. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the best place to stay thats inexpensive and nice and clean.

Great experience, The room included a microwave, mini refrigerator and TV with HBO and good internet speed. All clean and a couch for the price it was a great deal. Will stay again

This was a stop over in New Orleans on our way to Florida so we didn't want to spend a lot. We chose Express Inn and Suites based on positive reviews and we weren't dissapointing. The room was clean and comfortable (more comfortable than some high dollar hotels I've stayed at) and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to just about everything this area has to offer and at a great value. Parking lot is brightly lit and felt very secure. Recommend without hesitation.

Excellent hotel. I loved every minute of the stay. Loved the room. Excellent location. Customer service was great. Such a wonderful family. The location was central to every place we had to go and anything we needed.

Great place to rest and relax before your next adventure! The sheets had old cigarette burns on them but nothing that would hinder me from staying here again. Didn't see any bugs. Shower was clean. Clean sheets and towels.

They were very patient with me and helpful. When my card was declined, they let me get 2 rooms and then they let my husband pay for a couple of rooms. And then when I got paid, I got was able to do more rooms. Time I mean. It's been a hectic vacation so far. But they have been very, very good.

We stayed here from October 23, 2024 thru October 26. 2024. The check in was easy. I requested a downstairs room and that is exactly what we received. The room smelled really good and everything was really clean. I was in town for my graduation which was held in Kenner. Our experience with this hotel was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The prices was reasonable even though Taylor Swift was in town.
